When did the policy start and / or when does it expire?
Refer to the policy documents you received when you took out the cover.
What do I need to do?
We suggest you consider if you still need the cover. If you have had a recent change in circumstance, for instance, you have sold your vehicle or the loan is now paid off, you should contact us to cancel your policy(s) and ensure you receive any applicable premium refund.
What if I need to make a claim?
